Location:Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)Working Days:Monday to FridayTimings:6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)Employment Type:Full-timeResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and generate qualified leads using multiple channels including LinkedIn, online databases, company websites, and search enginesBuild, organize, and maintain structured lead lists with accurate and up-to-date contact details such as emails, phone numbers, job titles, and company informationConduct outbound outreach through email and LinkedIn messaging while adhering to approved communication templates and quality standardsPerform initial lead qualification based on predefined criteria to ensure relevance before sharing with the sales or business development teamMaintain and update all lead-related data in CRM systems and tracking spreadsheets with high accuracy and consistencyCollaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely handover of qualified leads and follow-up alignmentTrack daily activities and performance metrics, including leads generated, outreach sent, and responses receivedPrepare basic daily and weekly reports to support performance monitoring and process improvementFollow internal workflows, data confidentiality guidelines, and lead generation best practicesContinuously improve research and prospecting methods to enhance lead quality and efficiencyRequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, or a junior sales support roleBasic understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation funnels, and prospecting methodologiesPractical experience using LinkedIn for lead sourcing and outreachWorking knowledge of CRM systems and data management using Excel or Google SheetsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English for professional outreach and internal coordinationHigh level of attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and contact verificationGood organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly targetsAbility to follow structured processes while working independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWillingness and availability to work on-site in Johar Town, LahoreAbility to work evening/night shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday) Location: Working Days: Timings: Employment Type:
