ROLE OBJECTIVEThe Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth for Smiles Enterprise Dental Cover through multi-channel B2B acquisition, ABM, outbound messaging, and targeted campaign execution. This role is deeply hands-on, performance-driven, and central to establishing and scaling Div 5.Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with partnerships, product, information technology, and testing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product development and user experience enhancements.
