Position:PROJECT MANAGERLocation:Karachi, PakistanType:PermanentGender:Male preferredKey QualificationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsB.E (Mechanical) or CivilPMP Certified8-10 Years of Project Management experience (preferably in the Oil and Gas sector)Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project, MS OfficeStrategic ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Site visit and follow-up of site progressCarry out necessary coordination with the Consultant/Contractor to improve the project progress and sort out any site challenges.Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary Authorities approvals / NOCs.Provide guidance to the projects site team, the Consultant, or the Contractor.Monitor project deliverables.Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project’s progress.Coach and support the project team members with tasks you assign them.
