📋 Job Description

Understand and implement the company’s channel strategy and regional business strategy, identify commercial opportunities in data centers, and participate in the formulation and execution of regional data center business channel strategies.Build professional partnerships for data centers within the region, achieve channel business and partner performance goals, and establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with data center professional partners.Be responsible for the development, nurturing, encouragement, support, branding, and order management of partners within the region.Timely communicate and implement channel policies within the region. Work closely with the account manager team and other relevant departments to properly handle channel conflicts, ensure continuous performance growth, and achieve channel sales and payment collection targets.Integrate internal and external resources to help channel partners effectively achieve their business goals and realize mutual benefits.Develop business together with partners in target vertical industries and cultivate opportunities.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in channel sales, direct sales, or solution sales within the data center industry.Knowledge of data centers, UPS, cooling systems, DCIM, IT, cloud, and network solutions and applications.Knowledge of direct sales and channel management for inverters, data centers, and site energy customers.Proficient in English, which can be used as a working language.Strong achievement-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal understanding, and communication skills.Ability to adapt to cross-cultural work environments and teamwork.Willingness to explore new market segments and able to withstand pressure.
