Sub Contracting Engineer at Descon | Mohmand District

Qualifications/Required Skills:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontracting or a similar role.Hands-on experience with SAP MM (Material Management) Module.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Excellent Communication and Vendor management skills.Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and SAP.Job Description:Prepare bill flow sheets, interim payment certificates, and manage subcontractor invoices.Able to perform cost analysis and prepare comparative statements for submitted offersEvaluate subcontractors by reviewing documentation, conducting site visits, and validating prequalification (PQ) criteria.Prepare and float RFQs (Request for Quotations) to obtain quotations from subcontractors.Generate Work Orders (WO) / Service Orders (SO) in SAP and ensure proper documentation.Draft subcontracting agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure all critical documents are included.Monitor the performance of subcontractor as per SOP and subcontracting agreement.Coordinate with Site team and support departments to ensure smooth subcontracting operations.Maintain accurate records of subcontractor data in SAP.
