Want to join the ride?What will you be doing:Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:Responsible for preparing the Annual plant maintenance plan and maintenance capital and operating budgets in conjunction with the Superior.Responsible for carrying out tasks with minimum downtime while maintaining quality.Prepare benchmarks for routine activities in terms of man-hoursImplementation of technical bulletins and service letters relevant to the designated siteTo develop a motivated and competitive team for electrical maintenance at the plantCarry out any other task assigned over the period by the Maintenance ManagerEstablish and implement standard OM Policies and Procedures according to Wärtsilä requirements.Supervise plant electrical maintenance team to ensure that the plant facility and equipment are always maintained in safe and efficient operating conditions.Assist the Superior in scheduling the overhauls.Provide schedules for normal operating periods, planned and forced outages to the plant maintenance team and contractor personnel.Responsible for setting and maintaining the maintenance-specific training standards for personnel.Establish, implement and manage all maintenance aspects of the power plant using total quality management techniques, inclusive of:Planned engine auxiliary maintenance.Unplanned engine auxiliary maintenancePlant inventory managementMaintenance reportingMaintenance trainingSpare parts inventory quality assuranceMaintenance history managementTo carry out the maintenance and repair of all instruments, PLC control systems, LV, MV HV switchgears and all the electrical equipment in the power plant and associated facilitiesJob Location- Karachi (Nooriabad)Qualification-Degree In Electrical EngineeringWhy you and us:We at Wärtsilä believe in empowerment, ownership and taking responsibility of our work.
