Join a globally trusted company and play a vital role in supporting farmers, strengthening dealer networks, and driving agricultural impact across key markets.Location:Multiple positions in Punjab based on business need.Key Responsibilities:- Market Development Sales Execution:Drive fertilizer sales through effective dealer and retailer engagement.Conduct regular field visits to farmers, understand crop needs, and promote relevant products.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through planned activities.Expand dealer networks and ensure strong product availability in assigned territories.- Customer Dealer Support:Provide agronomic guidance to farmers on crop nutrition and product usage.Address dealer/farmer concerns and ensure timely resolution.Strengthen long-term relationships with market partners.- Market Intelligence:Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.Generate regular market insights to support sales strategy and forecasting.Profile RequirementsB.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc.
