You will accompany the expansion of our sales networks and map the market with a close focus on competitors (sales networks, prices, stock levels, etc.).Your missions :Developing sales performance of Lesaffre according to company strategy and price policyAcquiring deep market knowledge: competitors / distribution / end users / all other stakeholdersImagining marketing initiatives to strengthen the market position of Lesaffre for all segments of bread makingTraining and developing the sales and technical skills of all Lesaffre distributorsBuilding the right networking relationships within the bread-making worldDeveloping the image of Lesaffre with key customers, securing a synergetic approach by coordinating Lesaffre supports and developing new specific solutions in response to local requirementsDefining the sales budget each year with the Area Sales Manager and providing regular business reportsQualificationsGraduated in Business Administration or Sales with an experience of 5 – 10 years as a sales manager in Pakistan.Technical Skills :Knowledge of the Baking Industry will be appreciatedInnovative with a strong desire to achieveFluent in EnglishSoft Skills :Self-managing abilities essentialAbility to prioritize and organize tasksSelf-motivated, diplomaticStrong ability to convinceGood interpersonal relationsAdditional InformationTo join us is :Being part of an organization with human-centered valuesSharing our mission of nourishing and protecting the planetAdvancing your career in a diverse and rewarding work environmentFrequent business trips within Pakistan.
