Interwood Mobel is searching for an enthusiasticExecutive Sales KDWwho will play a key role in driving sales for our kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and maximising sales opportunities within the designated market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the kitchens, Doors and WardrobesEngage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service to enhance the customer experienceMaintain a thorough understanding of our product range, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offeringsLead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targetsReview quotations/drawings prepared by Technical/Design, ensure accuracy against customer requirements, and secure client sign-offs per SOPEnsure KDW displays are updated, clean, and in working condition; escalate fixes as requiredFollow all KDW Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.RequirementsBachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home goods sectors.Skills Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clientsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage an audienceSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions (no 3D/IMOS creation required)BenefitsMedical InsuranceProvident FundCommissions/Incentives Executive Sales KDW
