We focus on SDRs in Latin America, Pakistan, and the Philippines and have had great success with this model.Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location:RemoteIndustry:SaaS / TechWere hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of our fast-growing SaaS clients. Youll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, owning outbound outreach, and helping expand the companys presence across the U.S. market.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in scrappy startup environments, where creativity, persistence, and clear communication make all the difference. The client has emphasized that their best-performing SDRs areeasy to understand, concise in communication, and come from SaaS startup backgroundswhere prospecting isnt handed to you and you must hustle to get to the key decision-makers.What Youll DoConduct proactive outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads.Introduce the software solution to decision-makers across the United States.Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule and coordinate high-quality product demos.Clearly articulate the companys value proposition and uncover customer pain points.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain consistent follow-up.Work closely with AEs to convert appointments into pipeline opportunities.Participate in team standups, knowledge-sharing, and ongoing improvement sessions.Leverage tools (CRM or marketing automation software experience is a plus, but not required).What Were Looking ForSaaS experience in a startup environment is highly preferred.You understand what it means to prospect without pre-qualified lead lists, and you know how to get scrappy to reach the right contacts.Proven experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation, ideally in a B2B software sales setting.Clear, concise communication both written and verbal.Ability to effectively uncover pain points and demonstrate value.Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with AEs and the broader sales team.Self-motivated, hungry to learn, and driven to hit and exceed targets.Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus (but not a requirement).Why Join?Work directly with a supportive sales leadership team.Grow your skills in a high-velocity SaaS environment.Be part of a team that values clarity, curiosity, and consistent improvement.
