Location:GujranwalaEmployment Type:Full-timeWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team in Gujranwala asMarketing Officer. The ideal candidate will support fundraising and donor engagement activities by building strong relationships with local stakeholders, organizing events, and promoting Akhuwats mission of poverty alleviation and social impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Donor Engagement Develop and strengthen relationships with individual donors, philanthropists, and community groups. Implement donor retention strategies and ensure regular communication with supporters. Arrange donor and supporter visits to Akhuwat projects and activities. Doing Meetings with Local shops, malls, restaurants, and retail outlets. Retail donation campaigns design and implement (e.g. donation boxes, percentage-of-sales giving, co-branding promotions). Ensure proper placement, monitoring, and collection ofdonation boxesin retail outlets.Fundraising Marketing Identify new opportunities for fundraising within Gujranwala region. Organize awareness campaigns, events, and local partnerships to mobilize resources.Event Coordination Support execution of local fundraising events, seminars, and donor gatherings. Manage logistics and ensure smooth execution of community engagement activities. Do kiosk activity.Reporting Communication Maintain updated records of donors and community partners. Prepare monthly progress reports and share feedback with management.Qualifications and SkillsBachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.Experience:13 years of relevant experience (NGO/Development/Fundraising preferred).Skills:o Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.o Strong networking skills with local retail market.o Negotiation and persuasion abilities.o Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer engagement.o Ability to handle field work, regular visits, and donation boxes management.o Good organizational and event management skills.o Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.o Ability to build and maintain strong local networks.o Willingness to travel within Gujranwala region.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
