This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, candidate outreach, and building strong talent pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles using:LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn SearchJob boards, ATS, GitHub, Boolean search, and other sourcing channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needsConduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platformsScreen resumes to assess basic role fit before recruiter handoffMaintain accurate candidate data in the ATS or tracking sheetsSupport recruiters with market mapping and talent researchMeet daily/weekly sourcing targets and turnaround timelinesRequired Skills Qualifications1 year of experience intalent sourcing or recruitment supportStrong understanding ofBoolean search and LinkedIn sourcingExperience sourcing forUS, UK, or global markets(preferred)Good written English communication skillsAbility to work duringUS business hoursHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-drivenComfortable working remotely and independentlyNice to HaveExperience sourcing fortech, SaaS, engineering, or product rolesFamiliarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.)Exposure to agency recruiting or RPO environmentsWhat We OfferFully remote work from PakistanStable long-term engagementPerformance-based growth opportunities Job Title: Talent Sourcer (Remote) Location:Pakistan (Remote) Location: Working Hours:US Time Zones (EST / CST overlap required)
