This role focuses on user support, feedback, and day to day experience improvements. Youll work closely with product, operations, and growth teams to ensure users have a smooth, positive, and trustworthy experience at every touchpoint.We need someone who is user focused, detail oriented, and calm under pressure. Someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of problems until they are resolved. This role demands empathy, structure, and consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, spotting patterns in feedback, and turning issues into improvements.This role is perfect for someone who cares about customer experience, wants exposure to product and operations, and enjoys being close to users in a fast growing digital product.
