Requirements:35 years of hands-on experience in Python development with exposure to ML/AI and LLM-based applications.Solid understanding of Python and fundamental ML/AI concepts.Familiarity with OCR tools, NLP techniques, or LLM-based applications.Some experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.Strong interest in conversational AI, real-time audio systems, and document automation.Eagerness to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience with LiveKit, VAPI, WebRTC, or voice-agent frameworks.Exposure to Azure AI services or other OCR and document-processing tools.Knowledge of LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks and toolkits.Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and optimize conversational voice agents using LiveKit and VAPI.Implement and enhance LLM-based agent behaviors and dialogue flows.Develop OCR, document classification, and structured text-extraction pipelines.Utilize Azure services for hosting, deployment, and document processing (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure AI Document Intelligence).Assist in the development, testing, and optimization of machine learning models and AI workflows.Write clean, reliable, and well-documented Python code and support backend integrations.
