The Company has Joint Ventures with renowned international companies and is continually following an aggressive growth strategy with planned expansions, acquisitions, and penetration into new markets.Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) is seeking applications for the position ofManagement Executive Procurement.Qualification:Minimum 16 years of education preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized institution.Experience:Up to 8 years of experience preferably in Procurement, preferably within oil gas, petrochemical or refinery operations.Proficient in MS Office Hands-on experience of ERP systems (SAP etc.)Top of FormResponsibilities:Analyze Purchase requisitions with respect to the specifications, BOQ, scope of work, drawings, special terms conditions, status, account code, estimated price, etc.Coordinate with end users for processing of Purchase Requisitions and preparation and issuance of RFQ through SAP to Pre-qualified vendors in line with Companys Policy and ensure transparency.Coordinate for Press advertisements and Tender Documents to be published in Newspaper.Coordinate with end users and bidders for pre-bid and post bid matters, queries, other information and site visits, etc.Ensure timely opening of quotations / bids for services against RFQ Press Tenders.Make arrangement for Quotations/Bid opening with finance, HRD and Indenter Reps.Responsible for issuance of Purchase/Service Order after obtaining approvalsMonitor supplier performance against KPIs such as delivery, quality, responsiveness, and safety compliance.Maintain and update vendor database, drive supplier development and performance improvement initiatives.Location:CHQ, KarachiPARCO is an equal opportunity employer.
