Through its extensive experience and diverse client base, including major blue-chip companies, it has garnered strong credentials and expertise in the industry.Job PurposeThe ELV Draftsman will be responsible for preparing coordinated ELV drawings, as-built documentation, shop drawings, cable routing layouts, schematics and technical documentation for BMS, ICT, and Public Address (PA) Systems in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards and consultant/authority requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting DesignPrepare detailed Shop Drawings, IFC Review Drawings, As-Built Drawings for BMS, ICT and PA systems.Develop layouts including:Device Layout PlansRiser DiagramsSchematicsCable Routing Containment LayoutsRack LayoutsStructured Cabling PlansEnsure drawings are compliant with project specifications, codes, and standards.Coordinate ELV layouts with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior drawings.Technical SupportAssist engineers in quantity take-offs and material submissions.Prepare red-line markups based on site feedback for as-built revisions.Support project/site team in technical drawing clarifications.Maintain drawing records and transmittal logs as per QA/QC procedures.Required Skills CompetencyStrong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory).Experience working on BMS (Building Management System), ICT (Structured Cabling/Data Networks), and PA (Public Address) system drawings.Sound knowledge of ELV systems layouts, devices, cabling and routing.Ability to read and understand MEP, Civil, Architectural drawings.Accuracy, detail orientation and document control discipline.Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.Preferred (Advantageous) KnowledgeRevit MEP / BIM experienceExposure to Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Fire Alarm systemsGCC project experienceEducation QualificationsDiploma / Associate degree in Electrical, Electronics or related discipline.AutoCAD certification preferred.5-7 years of experience About Us?
