📋 Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for US-based positions using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and work authorization.Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate records and progress.Stay updated on US hiring trends, employment regulations, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.Meet weekly/monthly KPIs, including submission targets, interviews, and successful placements.Required Qualifications3 years of proven experience in US-based recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099).Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Experience handling technical and non-technical roles across various domains.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work US time-zone hours when needed.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
