The selected candidates will be trained for 3 to 3.5 months to become capable of working on enterprise applications. After the end of the trainee period, there is a good possibility of full-time employment based on satisfactory performance during the trainee period.The chosen individuals will work out of the Contour Software Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based RD department.Required Qualifications Skills:BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.Excellent communication skills in English.Good programming concepts.Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.Comfortable with SQL queries and basic database development concepts.Understanding of object-oriented programming and principles.Experience or knowledge of .NET for backend development.Experience or knowledge of frontend development using React.js and Next.js.Understanding of REST APIs and modern web application architecture.Experience and knowledge of Git.Quick learner with strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP).Exposure to generative AI models, or similar AI technologies.Hands-on experience with AI or NLP through prior work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects is a strong plus.Passionate about AI development and eager to contribute to building AI-driven features, including NLP-based functionality, AI insights and reporting, and chatbot development.Disclaimer:At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
