The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision making and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in our head office in Karachi, Pakistan.Key Responsibilities:Develop financial plans and budgets in collaboration with the management teamMonitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvementConduct financial analysis on new business opportunities and provide insights to support decision makingWork closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support in achieving their targetsPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancementEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulationsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reportingProvide support during audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirementsStay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to financial plansQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture industryStrong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial softwareAbility to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlinesExperience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plusWe Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentDynamic and collaborative work environmentCommitment to sustainability and ethical business practicesIf you are passionate about finance and agriculture and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
