📋 Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom OSS/BSS and digital application projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile practices, and ensuring seamless integration between digital platforms and telecom backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in telecom software solutions, digital transformation programs, and stakeholder management.Responsibilities: Lead delivery of projects involving OSS/BSS systems and digital applications (mobile apps, self-care portals, e-commerce platforms, chatbots). Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, DevOps, and architects. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and technical alignment. Oversee integration of digital applications with backend systems (CRM, billing, provisioning, network management). Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices across the project lifecycle. Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure scope, cost, timeline, and quality objectives are met. Track and report KPIs, progress, budgets, and quality metrics to leadership and clients. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in digital project delivery. Work closely with infrastructure security teams to ensure readiness and stability of environments, including servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms and compliance. Oversee infrastructure-related dependencies such as hardware provisioning, virtualization, and system performance during project execution.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 8 years of Project Management experience, with 5 years in Telco Experience delivering Telecom OSS/BSS solutions (CRM, Billing, Order Management, Mediation). Strong expertise in managing digital applications and customer engagement platforms. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and telecom industry standards (TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL). Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD automation. Strong familiarity with infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), middleware, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and security controls. PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
