In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring business requirements are understood, translated, and aligned with IT/software solutions. You will support clients in adopting our solutions by providing training, guidance, and hands-on assistance while also contributing to internal processes and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Participate in Pre-Sales meeting with Business Development teamUnderstand the business requirements of the customers.Be in a consultative mode and guide the customer for optimum solution and empowerment with our solution.Collaborate with Customer, Business Development team and Tech team to design the solution to meet customer requirementsImplement the solution according to the SOW, and always deliver something extraProvide training and documentation to the customer teamGuide the customer team and prepare them for a better customer experienceCoordinate with the Business Development team, Customer teams, and tech teams for smooth project delivery and get the UAT signedParticipate in Product Demos Trainings when requiredParticipate in creating and improving the training material.Document case studies for every customer, especially the interesting ones.Continuously improve the training, Implementation and Onboarding processJob Requirements:Experience QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Information Technology (BBIT) or relevant degree only.1 year of experience in an IT or Software Company. Exposure to client-facing activities, software usage, or IT operations preferred.Knowledge SkillsGood understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT systems.Familiarity with common IT/software concepts such as databases, integrations, cloud-based application.Good business acumen. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them without deep coding knowledge.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking.Confidence in handling clients and providing end-user training support.Time management and ownership mindset for handling deliverables.Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems quickly.Nice to HaveUnderstanding of CRM, ERP, or Contact Center solutions.Experience in SaaS or software product environments.Exposure to creating documentation, user guides, or training material.
