ATCO also prioritizes environmental sustainability and actively supports health and educational initiatives in the community, reflecting its strong civic commitment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Associate, based in Karachi.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Production for the preparation of Production schedule.Implementation of production schedule to meet the marketing forecast on time.Manufacturing / Filling / Packaging of concerned area products.Maintain the GMP at all stages and also comply with Company’s rules and regulation.Ensure that targets given by the Management are met.Ensuring the proper use of plant machinery in all Manufacturing / Filling / Packaging areas. Notifying the Maintenance Dept., promptly any fault for necessary rectification.Providing “on the job” training to Group Leaders and Workers so that they can carry out the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.To implement good housekeeping and cleanliness in all areas and to ensure that plant and machinery are tidy, and are maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.To undertake any assignment or task the Management may assign from time to time.Education Experience:B.
