About the Role:We are seeking a highly experiencedRegional Director Sales Growthto lead our digital transformation initiatives and public business operations. This role will drive multi-market expansion, strategic partnerships, and enterprise technology consulting, focusing on Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth across multiple markets.Lead enterprise solutioning and business development initiatives in cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, and ERP.Manage PL for multiple business units and ensure operational excellence.Build and scale high-performing technology practices from inception to maturity.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global technology leaders (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, Salesforce).Oversee complex digital transformation programs for government, telecom, and financial sectors.Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring performance governance and accountability.Drive risk management, budgeting, and board-level reporting.Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for public business initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 20 years of experience in regional sales, business growth, and technology consulting.Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives in Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and ERP.Experience managing large-scale PL responsibilities across multiple business units.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage cross-functional teams.Exceptional business acumen with deep technical understanding.Experience in public business initiatives and enterprise-level operations preferred.Ability to develop strategic partnerships with leading technology providers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
