📋 Job Description
The Technical Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the clients IT team and the implementation partners technical team. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing technical activities to ensure successful delivery of integrations, data migration, system configurations, and alignment with client infrastructure and security standards, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM implementations.Key Responsibilities:Act as a single point of contact between the clients IT organization and the implementation partners technical teams.Coordinate and oversee technical activities including system integrations, data migration, configurations, and technical design reviews.Ensure technical deliverables are aligned with the clients IT infrastructure, architecture, and security standards.Support and coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM modules.Review technical documentation, integration designs, and migration strategies to ensure completeness and compliance.Identify technical risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with relevant teams to drive resolution.Support environment readiness, access management, and deployment activities.Provide regular technical status updates, reports, and recommendations to project stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.25 years of experience in technical coordination, system integration, or ERP implementation roles.Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and CRM implementations.Strong experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or SAP integrations.Experience in data migration, system configuration, and technical testing activities.Prior experience working closely with client IT teams and external implementation partners.Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, security standards, and compliance requirements.
