Job PurposeThis role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization and Planning related responsibilities, based in North RegionJob ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retain ability, mobility and quality to meet targets assigned to departmentRoot cause analysis for network quality degradation and liaison with relevant function for timely rectification.Drive Test Optimization and Strategy preparation in order to ensure optimum ranking in PTA QoS surveysWork in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial function driving network enhancements that contribute to overall business growth and market competitiveness.Inter Operator Drive Test Benchmarks to evaluate network standings and develop necessary insight for assurance of competitive edgeConsistency Audit for parameters and features for related discrepancy identification and rectificationLeading Optimization Parametric and feature trials for network quality improvement belonging to different RAN Release and benchmark its impact on network quality and customer experienceNetwork redesign including tilt and height adjustments to reach optimum coverage for worst cells by changing antenna mechanical/electrical tilts and height to solve bad coverage spots, pilot pollution and adapt the integration of a new sitesResponsible for Vendor contractual acceptance including NPM services, Drive Test services, SSV Acceptance for NPS and Sector Splits etc.Network overview report for managerial review to highlight strength and weakness along with proper reason of degradation and rectification/improvement planEligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Electrical/Telecom Engineering or any other similar domainWork ExperiencePreferably up-to 1 year of work experience in RAN Optimization and PlanningSkills – Generic:Technical report writing and Presentation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsPositive attitude with Can Do approach and go extra mile to meet timelinesSkills – Job Specific:In-depth knowledge of RAN Optimization for 2G, 3G and 4G technologiesHigh-level knowledge of future technologies/network evolution Job Purpose This role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization and Planning related responsibilities, based in North Region This role would be looking after Radio Network Optimization and Planning related responsibilities, based in North Region
