Our school is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Head with a minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role at a reputable institution.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing the design and implementation of the schools curriculum.Managing the admissions process and effectively communicating with parents.Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including resolving any arising issues.Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, teachers, and coordinators to foster a positive and supportive school environment.Monitoring student well-being, organizing events, conducting meetings, overseeing assessments, and ensuring the school year runs seamlessly.Committed to upholding the schools ethos and values in all aspects.Requirements:Exceptional written and spoken English skills.Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university. A Masters degree and/or international experience is preferred.At least 3 years of experience as a School Head at a reputable institution and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.Strong people management abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to handle tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situationroads.Location: Near Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM – 1:30 PM.Two working Saturdays per month.
