CompanyShopify Digital SolutionJob OverviewWe are hiring an Operations Manager who will act as the execution backbone of the agency. This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will own operational execution, enforce processes, ensure on-time delivery, manage teams, and maintain direct visibility across all ongoing projects.You will operate as a leadership extension of the founder, ensuring that strategy is translated into execution, teams are accountable, clients are updated, and nothing slips through the cracks.This role requires strong project management expertise, leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment.This is a full-time role with working hours aligned to the EST time zone and a 7-day work schedule.Core Responsibilities Own end-to-end operational execution across all projects Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope Act as escalation point for project delays, risks, and team issues Oversee project managers and directly manage critical projects when required Enforce SOPs, workflows, timelines, and quality standards Translate leadership decisions into clear operational actions Maintain full visibility on project status, workloads, and delivery health Ensure consistent and professional client communication and updates Coordinate between design, development, and support teams Identify operational bottlenecks and fix them proactively Drive accountability, ownership, and performance across teams Lead internal meetings, standups, and delivery reviewsClient and Communication Ownership Ensure clients receive regular, clear, and accurate project updates Step in to handle high-priority or escalated client communications Align internal execution with client expectations Maintain long-term client trust through transparency and deliveryLeadership and Team Management Manage and mentor project managers and team leads Monitor individual and team performance Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training processes Enforce discipline, timelines, and operational standards Act as a problem-solver and decision-maker under pressureRequired Skills and Qualifications Strong background in project management within a digital or e-commerce agency Extensive knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce workflows Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal Proven leadership and people management ability Ability to operate independently with full ownership Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Exceptional organization and time management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentPreferred Experience Experience in a Shopify-focused agency Experience managing multiple teams and concurrent projects Familiarity with UI/UX, development, and CRO workflows Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similarWork Schedule 7 days per week Working hours aligned with the EST time zone Shopify Digital Solution We are hiring an Operations Manager who will act as the execution backbone of the agency.
