We are proud members ofIATA, WCA, FIATA, and JCTrans, serving clients worldwide.Position OverviewTheSea Air Freight Import Pricing Operations Executivewill be responsible for managing import pricing and operational activities for both sea and air shipments. This role requires close coordination with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensurecompetitive pricing, smooth clearance, and timely delivery of import cargo.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing ResponsibilitiesObtain and negotiate import freight rates from overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines.Prepare accurate and competitive import quotations for sales teams and direct clients.Maintain updated rate sheets forsea (LCL/FCL) and air freight imports.Monitor market trends, surcharges, and carrier changes impacting import pricing.Support sales and management with ad-hoc pricing and feasibility analysis.Operations ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end import operations for sea and air freight shipments.Coordinate pre-arrival documentation with overseas agents and customers.Manage import documentation includingBL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and arrival notices.Liaise with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and compliance with import regulations.Coordinate with transporters for final delivery to customer warehouses.Track shipments, update customers regularly, and resolve operational issues.Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and timely closure of files.Qualifications RequirementsBachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.1 3 years of relevant experiencein sea air freight import pricing and operations (freight forwarding industry).Strong knowledge ofimport procedures, documentation, customs clearance, and Incoterms.Experience dealing with overseas agents, airlines, and shipping lines.Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding systems (preferred).Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities within import operations and pricing management.Exposure to international logistics networks and global trade operations.Professional and supportive work environment.
