This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Assistant Manager, Demand and Supply Planning.Responsibilities:Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecastParticipate in SOP forecast meetings make forecast adjustments accordinglyCalculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecastPrepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actualsMaintain healthy inventory in DC and store based on target days cover, availability targets shrinkage targetsClosely work with commercial team to drive adjustments on forecast planCoordinate with suppliers on delivery alignments drive fulfillment performanceMonitor supplier issues and escalate as necessary to ensure availabilityIdentify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive actionIdentify SKUs with inventory with no-movement for the past 28 daysBe able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issuesOther tasks that may be relevant to the functionQualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or any relatable specializationBetween 1 to 3 years work-related experience in demand or supply planningExperience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plusExperience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plusKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLAnalytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detail orientedGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsHas a continuous improvement mindsetAdditional InformationWe are fast, like mind boggling fast!
