Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist – SouthSales Operations SpecialistPOSITION SNAPSHOTCompany: Nestlé PakistanFull-timePosition SummarySupport the Regional Field Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, orders, payments, claims etc in order to achieve sales objectives by ensuring effective communication network between Sales Force, related departments and distributors/ customers.A DAY IN THE LIFE . Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, bottom-up data / analysis in line with Regional Sales Team and 2. Head Office’s requirements .. Manage stock norms at distributions. Maintain Sales history (primary,secondary and tertiary) of the regions and areas (City /geography distributor, Sub distributor, Channel)Timely planning of orders co-ordination for payments by Distributors in line with monthly sales objectives.Liason with sales control, distributor/customer for reconciliation of ledgersMonthly reconciliation of sales data with regional reports. (distributors and area wise reports) Maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tertiary sales data (sub-distributor sales data)Effective co-ordination with all Area Managers/ Distributors / Sales Automation for timely submission of claims and settelement.Assist RSM to manage TTS (Actual vs Plan)Maintain record of Distributor Contracts, Customer Contracts (OOH/KA), Trade Assets contracts, regional FMR AMR record , RSM/ASM Itinerary , distributor’s clearance certificates , Trade Asset Througput Report , Stock Count and Bottle Reconciliation as per the SOPsEnsure adherence to all Company policies.Monthly visit of distribution warehouses to validate key SOPs and follow up implementation with field sales team and distributor.General office management as per allocated FOE budgets .Ensure continuous improvement using the NCE methodologyWHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experienceDemonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processesCapacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, FieldDemonstrated an effective command on MS Office i.e. Excel, PPT….
