Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Remote)Employment Type:Full-timeReporting To:Head of Talent / Director / FounderKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology rolesLead, mentor, and performance-manage remote recruiters and sourcersPartner with hiring managers, CTOs, and delivery leads to understand technical requirements and hiring prioritiesDrive sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand tech roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachManage hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, and IT SupportBuild and maintain long-term talent pipelines for contract and permanent rolesEnsure excellent candidate experience across all remote hiring processesTrack and improve recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance, and quality of hireManage recruitment vendors, staffing partners, and freelance marketplacesEnsure compliance with regional labor laws, GDPR, and data privacy standardsContinuously improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methodsRequired Skills Experience5 years of experience in IT / Tech recruitment or talent acquisitionProven experience managing recruitment teams or remote hiring operationsStrong understanding of technology roles, tech stacks, and hiring challengesHands-on expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards)Experience hiring across multiple geographies and time zonesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsData-driven mindset with strong reporting and forecasting abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in staffing agencies, consulting firms, or SaaS/startup environmentsExposure to contract, freelance, and project-based hiring modelsKnowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketingFamiliarity with remote workforce compliance and global payroll models Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Remote) Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Remote) Employment Type:Full-time Employment Type:
