This position requires a true financial analyst with hands-on experience in analysis and forecasting, not an accounting or bookkeeping professional.The role is primarily analytical. However, the selected candidate should be adaptable and capable of handling occasional administrative or operational tasks as needed.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed financial analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-makingDevelop financial models, forecasts, and projectionsAnalyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and business trendsPrepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summariesSupport budgeting, variance analysis, and cash-flow planningPerform market and financial analysis related to U.S. business operationsAssist leadership with ad-hoc financial research and data-driven insightsHandle light administrative support tasks when required, without shifting focus away from core analytical workRequirementsMinimum 4 years of professional experience as a Financial AnalystDemonstrated experience working with North American or U.S.-based marketsStrong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelingAbility to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written English communication with clear accent and fluencyHigh attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently in a remote, professional environmentPreferredExperience in U.S. stock market analysis or equity researchExposure to investment analysis, valuation models, or market researchAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsImportant ClarificationThis role is strictly for a Financial Analyst.
