We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Area Sales Manager / Assistant Manager Sales to drive the sales of Residential Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) and manage local distributors across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in accelerating renewable energy adoption by developing new business opportunities and building strong, long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the residential power and renewable energy sector.Drive sales growth by exploring and penetrating new markets for energy storage and power solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain technical features of inverters, batteries, and solar system integration to homeowners and channel partners.Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business expansion strategies.Consistently achieve sales targets while fostering long-term customer and distributor relationships.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 23 years of proven sales and business development experience in renewable energy products or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Strong understanding of the Pakistani residential energy market, including solar and backup power solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Area Sales Manager / Assistant Manager Sales to drive the sales of Residential Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) and manage local distributors across Pakistan.
