(Onsite)About the role:The AM Business Enablement and Digitization role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities related to SME Servicing. Also, he/she will be ensuring smooth functioning of the B2B Portal, supporting stakeholders through timely reporting, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with technology teams for system improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows efficiently.Your Impactful Goals will include:Ensure timely issuance of waivers after validating mandatory documents, strictly adhering to established procedures and compliance requirements.Oversee end-to-end physical inventory management of devices and SIMs for the respective region to effectively support channel needs.Provide Specialized Operational support to ensure smooth functioning of all B2B Portal modules and features.Plan and execute campaigns to increase portal usage and adoption among internal teams and business stakeholders.Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in B2B Portal performance.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and system patches.Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements.Your Typical day at workManage date to day operational activities.Prepare customized operational and performance reports for internal stakeholdersConduct performance analysis related to B2B Complaints and monitor and track B2B portal efficiency.Monitor, track, and follow up on bug fixes, feature enhancements, and system updates with technology teams.Identify system issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate with L3 development teams for resolution.Provide manual troubleshooting and workaround support in scenarios where automated processes failValidate business requirements, prepare test scenarios, and ensure production readiness before go-live.Manage change impacts and ensure smooth rollout of releases with minimal disruption to B2B customers and channels.What we are looking for?Education:BA/BSc./BBA/ BBA (IT), BS (IT)Work experience:1 – 2 years relevant experience on BSS applications.
