Job briefWe are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at EvolveDash. This role goes beyond traditional HR and plays a key part in keeping teams accountable, improving productivity, and supporting leadership with people operations, KPIs, and compliance.You will work closely with founders, operations, and team leads to ensure hiring, attendance, performance tracking, and internal processes run smoothly.Responsibilities1. Core HR ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboardingMaintain employee records, contracts, and documentationHandle attendance, leaves, holidays, and time tracking coordinationManage probation, confirmations, exits, and offboarding processesAct as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries2. Performance Operations SupportTrack team KPIs and ensure updates in Jira and internal toolsFollow up with teams on deadlines, task closures, and productivity issuesPrepare weekly and monthly HR and performance reports for managementSupport leadership in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and discipline processesAssist in coordinating appraisals, feedback cycles, and performance reviews3. Culture ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor practicesSupport initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace cultureHelp enforce professional conduct, office rules, and accountability standardsRequirementsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field1 to 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Operations roleExperience working with software teams or tech companies is a plusStrong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and performance trackingComfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Rippling, Deel, Bullhorn, or similar platformsStrong follow-up, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integritySkills AttributesHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong ownership and follow-throughComfortable enforcing processes and accountabilityClear communicator with a professional attitudeAbility to work independently in a remote setupWhat We OfferRemote-friendly work environmentOpportunity to work closely with founders and leadershipExposure to global operations and fast-growing tech teamsClear ownership and impact-driven role
