Job Overview:The HR Manager will lead the HR department and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, HR analytics, policy development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a high-performance and data-driven culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical rolesPartner with department heads to understand workforce planning needsBuild effective sourcing strategies to meet tight hiring timelinesOnboarding OrientationOversee the smooth onboarding of new hires in both local and international teamsEnsure timely documentation and orientation sessions for new employeesHR OperationsSupervise employee record-keeping, attendance, payroll processing, and leave managementManage employee documentation, including contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR filesEnsure timely execution of onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding checklistsMaintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity across platformsLiaise with finance for payroll inputs, salary revisions, and deductionsOversee compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulationsHandle audits and ensure the readiness of HR documents and processes for reviewTrack probation timelines and coordinate timely probation evaluationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesPerformance ManagementOversee the performance management process and timeline across departmentsSupport managers in setting goals and conducting periodic reviewsTrack employee performance metrics and provide insights to leadershipEnsure documentation and consistency in performance evaluationsWork with leadership to implement performance improvement plans where neededHR Reporting AnalyticsBuild and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, hiring metrics, engagement)Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decisions in workforce planning, performance trends, and HR strategyAnalyze HR KPIs and generate regular reports for leadership reviewsTechnology AutomationLeverage AI tools to automate and enhance HR workflows (e.g., recruitment, performance tracking, onboarding)Evaluate and implement HR tech solutions to improve efficiency and employee experienceEnsure best practices in digital HR transformationEmployee RelationsMaintain a culture of fairness, transparency, and trustPolicy and ComplianceDevelop and update HR policies and proceduresEnsure HR practices are aligned with company values and regulatory standardsEngagement CultureOrganize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrationsPromote Codups core values and a collaborative workplace cultureRequired Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial roleExperience in a software/IT company is highly preferredStrong expertise in HR analytics and reportingProficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, charts, etc.)Hands-on experience with HR automation and AI-powered tools in HR processesFamiliarity with HRMS platforms (Zoho People preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detailPowered by JazzHR7FuWxkfjQw Job Overview:
