Psoition: Officer Reconciliation- 1 LinkJob Purpose:To ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of1Link ATM and interbank transactions, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and 1Link to resolve settlement differences in compliance with SBP and organizational policies.Qualifications Experience:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.13 years of experience in bank reconciliations, ATM operations, or payments.Hands-on experience with 1Link reconciliation will be preferred.Knowledge of ATM switching, interbank settlements, and card operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of 1Link ATM transactions (On-us, Off-us, Issuer/Acquirer).Reconcile 1Link settlement reports with core banking system and GL accounts.Identify, investigate, and resolve transaction mismatches, chargebacks, reversals, and disputes.Monitor failed, partial, or disputed ATM transactions and ensure timely customer resolution.Coordinate with 1Link, member banks, and internal departments for discrepancy resolution.Maintain accurate reconciliation records, trackers, and supporting documentation.Prepare reconciliation reports and submit exceptions to management.Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.Support internal and external audits by providing required reconciliation data.Ensure timely posting of adjustment entries after approvals.Escalate unresolved or high-risk items to the Team Lead promptly.
