It also includes access network NE patching and network upgrade activities, fault and event management, diagnostics as per SOPs with vendor engagement when required, and active field staff engagement through on-call support for proactive and corrective fault management.HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENTEnsure effective network surveillance, timely escalations, and accurate trouble ticket management with proper documentationPrepare, analyze, and archive scheduled reports, and initiate tickets for issues identifiedMaintain full compliance with QA/IS and governance frameworks, including Kaizens and QIPsComplete assigned tasks and projects on time with quality, ensure proper shift handover, and timely communicationDemonstrate strong work ethics, teamwork, availability, and adherence to organizational valuesWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULQualification:Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer science or related fields.
