Department Function:MarketingPosition:Sr. Manager Business Planning PricingLocation:IslamabadReporting to:Deputy Director Business Planning, Pricing Geo MarketingJob Type:PermanentJob Purpose:To ensure competitive pricing across all segments for their respective products and campaigns, ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies to achieve overall departmental targets of Revenue Market Share, Profitability, Revenue, Gross Adds, Net Additions, Net Churn, Customer Satisfaction with Pricing by extensive data analysis, competitive bench marking and industry insights. Additionally, perform new product development and on-going improvement of existing portfolio and special projects.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, translating it into actionable business plans.Monitor and control all tariff submissions and product papers in alignment with the approved pricing strategy and corporate governance requirements.Develop, manage, and enhance pricing propositionsincluding tariffs, bundles, and promotional offersacross Mass Market, Youth, MBB, Postpaid, and other segments.Ensure pricing decisions remain competitive, revenue-accretive, and aligned with corporate strategy and market conditions.Drive end-to-end pricing and business planning governance, ensuring transparency and alignment with internal stakeholders.Continuously assess the competitiveness and profitability of existing offerings and recommend adjustments to sustain commercial performance.Conduct margin, elasticity, and PPGB/ARPU impact assessments for all propositions.Track revenue, subscriber KPIs, usage patterns, and traffic trends; collaborate with segment teams to develop corrective action plans where gaps are identified.Conduct post-launch evaluations to measure the financial and behavioral impact of pricing or product changes; propose data-backed improvements.Monitor competitor pricing moves, portfolio changes, and industry developments to support proactive pricing responses.Identify innovative opportunitiesnew propositions, bundles, or value-added featuresto enhance growth, attract new customers, and maintain competitive advantage.Collaborate with Segments, BI and Finance to align pricing initiatives with overall business priorities.Co-ordinate with Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure all regulatory requirements relevant to marketing domain are being metSupport achievement of commercial KPIs by ensuring pricing decisions and market execution remain synchronizeCollaborate with BI/Analytics teams to build dashboards, profitability views, and performance trackers.Utilize data-driven insights to recommend tariff adjustments and commercial enhancements.Lead the preparation of high-level management presentations such as Monthly Reviews, CEO/CFO Briefings, Half-Yearly and Annual Business Reviews, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence across business planning and pricing functions.Manage and train the team for business planning and pricing to improve the skill set of current resources and provide leadershipEligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:Must have Bachelors Degree or aboveWork Experience:Must have 4 years or above relevant experience Department Function:Marketing Department Function: Position:Sr. Manager Business Planning Pricing Position:
