Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs, including primary and secondary sales, and targets vs. achievements.Verify and process customer claims and trade schemes in line with approved agreements and company policies. Maintain accurate trackers for agreed amounts, actual receipts, and pending balances, ensuring proper documentation and required approvals.Process sales team expenses after verification in accordance with company policy.Prepare sales team incentives and coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely disbursement.Verify attendance and process Order Bookers merchandiser payroll, coordination with HR and finance for timely disbarment of monthly salary.Support day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficient order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer service.Monitor sales orders, pending deliveries, stock availability, and sales returns.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting and budgeting exercises.Manage customer data, pricing, discounts, and trade schemes in coordination with Finance.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales efficiency and reporting accuracy.Experience3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations within an FMCG environment
