Job Description Restaurant Inventory ManagerCompany:Haleem GharPosition:Inventory Specialist / Inventory Functional ConsultantLocation:IslamabadWorking Hours:8 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)Salary range:100-130KWorkplace Type:On-SiteExperience: 5 YearsThe Functional Consultant Inventory Module will act as the bridge between operations, central kitchen, branches, and finance by designing, configuring, and supporting inventory workflows within ERP. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock control, efficient inter-branch transfers, standardized inventory procedures, and reliable reporting, while also actively supporting day-to-day inventory operations. Analyze inventory workflows and translate operational requirements into Inventory module configurations. Configure and customize the reports and workflows as needed to situation. Configure and manage stock locations, internal transfers, receipts, deliveries, and GRNs. Ensure real-time stock accuracy through validation of stock movements and documentation in inventory module. Monitor stock levels and implement replenishment rules to prevent shortages and delays. Perform physical stock counts, reconcile variances, and investigate discrepancies within the system. Implement inventory control standards to reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock inaccuracies. Act as theliaisonbetween operations, branch managers, and finance for inventory planning and execution. Develop, coordinate, document, and improve inventory dispatch, receiving, and transfer procedures. Train and support end-users on inventory processes and best practices.
