Country Manager (Pakistan)Location:Remote, based in PakistanAs the Country Manager for the Pakistan market, you will take ownership of local market growth, operations, and strategic partnerships within the region. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, marketing acumen, and a strong local network.Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing crypto or fintech growth in Pakistan or South Asia markets, strong operational capabilities, and fluency in English.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute localized business strategies to grow market presence in Pakistan.Lead all operational functions, including customer support coordination, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.Drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market penetration through localized marketing campaigns and events.Build strategic partnerships with local institutions, media outlets, and key stakeholders in the crypto and fintech ecosystems.Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, working closely with legal and compliance teams.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy.Act as the regional spokesperson and brand ambassador for the company in Pakistan and neighboring markets.Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (product, engineering, compliance, etc.) to align local efforts with global goals.Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team as operations scale.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.Minimum57 yearsof experience in business development, marketing, or operations; experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech companies is highly preferred.Deep understanding of Pakistans financial, tech, or crypto ecosystem; knowledge of South Asia markets is a plus.Familiarity with local regulatory environments for cryptocurrency or digital finance products.Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional local or regional languages are a bonus.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage cross-border collaboration.Results-driven, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
