📋 Job Description
Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing Customer Care Revenue reporting and analysis in line with defined targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Additionally, the position oversees the calculation, verification, and finalization of Customer Care staff commissions.
