About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Management Trainee to support our project coordination and administrative processes. This is an entry-level learning role designed to help you understand how projects run, support project operations, and assist senior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project leads withplanning, scheduling, and basic monitoringof project activities.Help prepareproject documents, reports, checklists, and presentations.Track project progress and updatetask lists, timelines, and milestonesunder supervision.Coordinate with various teams tocollect updates and follow up on pending tasks.Participate in internal meetings anddocument minutes and action items.Support in maintaining project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).Identify and report potentialrisks or delaysto supervisors.Ensure smoothcommunication flowbetween project members.Perform administrative tasks likedata entry, organizing files, and maintaining project records.Learn and apply project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) as guided.Shadow senior project managers to observeclient coordination and project delivery processes.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related discipline.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Basic understanding of project workflows is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel PowerPoint).Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow gradually.
