Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) across all departments. Design training calendars, programs, and learning content. Deliver internal training sessions and manage external training partners. Implement blended learning, competency assessments, and IDPs. Support performance improvement, coaching practices, and succession planning. Maintain LMS systems, training records, and documentation for audits. Manage training vendors, contracts, and budgets. Measure training effectiveness and prepare monthly analytics and ROI reports.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Masters degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, OD, or related field. Certifications in LD, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or HR are a plus. 710 years of experience in LD/OD roles, preferably in engineering or technical industries. Strong background in competency frameworks, learning strategy, and capability development. Proficient in LMS tools, evaluation frameworks, and training analytics.
