Quality Assurance Supervisor, Lahore, PakistanJoin us to take your career journey to the next level!ProudlyCCIJob IdentificationWe are looking for an Quality Assurance Supervisor to be part of our Supply Chain team in Lahore.What We ExpectPlanning and arranging of materials (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).Ensure the product and package quality remains at the required quality by the organization.Train the quality assurance staff to perform their jobs as per business needsQuality Assurance Lead is authorized to stop production, to hold / reject the intermediate and final products, incoming raw, packaging materials and Chemicals.Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or direct testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.Ensure that processes are carried out as specified in job instructions of the assigned departmentTake required corrective-preventive actions and keep record of any non-conformities.Monitor syrup, sugar and concentrate efficiencies daily and during productionEnsure cleaning of field, equipment and machines in the work areaCheck that the calibrated devices in intermix device are working, engage and control cooling system, adjust and operate level control device.Effective planning of Annual Maintenance, Business Planning for supplies used vs effective tracking and CAPEX tracking for QA departmentEnsure Legal Local compliancesImplementation of Quality Management System, Environment Management System, Food Safety Management System, including HACCP ISO 22000-1 22002-4 requirements along with process validations.Leading sustainability agenda KPIs (WUR EUR etc).Ensure effective implementation of GMP, GLP and house Keeping at plant premises.To ensure 100 backward traceabilityTo proactively handle, control consumers complaints to maximize the customer satisfaction and lead RCA/CAPA studiesTo ensure the health of all the lab equipment, maintaining Lab performances and any assignment of seniors.QualificationsMasters DegreeBachelors DegreeMajor for Education: Food Technology / Chemical EngineeringWhat We EmbracePeople Centered FocusEqual Salary AdvocateA Globally Diverse/An International WorkplaceInclusive Team-Building ActivitiesDigital Learning OpportunitiesLeadership Exposure With Organizational EventsInclusive Language And CultureSocial Clubs/NetworksInclusive/Family-Friendly PoliciesWho We AreCCI is a multinational beverage company operating in Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Syria.
