Job Summary:
PPCBL is seeking a qualified, customer-focused, and experienced professional for the position of Head of Customer Experience. The selected candidate will lead customer service standards, quality assurance, complaint management, and overall customer satisfaction across all bank channels.
Qualification:
Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience with at least 4 years in banking or a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead all customer experience functions in compliance with State Bank regulations.
- Implement customer service standards across all delivery channels.
- Evaluate call center operations, complaints, and service quality.
- Develop CX performance measures and improvement plans.
- Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and branch service audits.
- Prepare reports for CEO and Board of Directors regarding customer experience.
- Improve digital, ATM, branch, and ADC customer support mechanisms.
