Your Role In Driving Automation ExcellenceAs a Design Application Engineer at Avanceon, your responsibilities will include:Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.Develop comprehensive PIDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and loop descriptions for diverse plants, processes, and/or equipment.Develop clear and concise User Requirement Specifications.Develop detailed software and hardware design specifications.Design, write, implement, test, and document robust PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software.Develop stringent control system validation/testing protocols to ensure system integrity and performance.Specify and procure essential process instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.Develop precise electrical and control panel schematics.Create comprehensive scope of supply documents.Manage and monitor the progress of automation projects to ensure timely and effective execution.Install, test, and commission control systems onsite, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.Provide thorough training to operators and engineers on new control systems, enabling them to effectively manage and troubleshoot. What Were Looking For Education: BSc Engineering Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics from a recognized institute. Experience: At least 1-4 years of practical experience within the industrial automation industry. Project Phase Expertise: Knowledge of process manufacturing, field instrumentation, control system installation, and implementation expertise in the following project phases:Requirements DocumentationDetailed Design GenerationImplementationSystem IntegrationTestingOnsite Startup Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
