This role is crucial for driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the overall success of the companys sales initiatives in the designated area.LocationsJhelum FaisalabadThings you will be doing as an Area Sales ManagerCreate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetrationGenerate sales of company products in the area through a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve or exceed the annual sales targetsPrepare present sales reports of performance metrics to senior management, suggesting improvements where necessaryMonitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial targetsManage the sales budget effectively ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesDevelop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of companys products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, Distribution Partners, Trade Partners etc.Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services to improve salesWork closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Control functions to enhance sales effortLead, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal achievementProvide guidance to TSMs / DSFs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in accordance with the formulated strategiesTrain and Develop TSMs and DSRs on sales operations, stake-holders Management Other Sales related soft skills (e.g Steps of Call, 7Cs of communication, etc.)What we are looking for in you?A minimum of bachelors or masters degree or equivalent from any accredited local or foreign instituteAt least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG SalesLeadership SkillsCommunication and Interpersonal SkillsCustomer OrientationPlanning and OrganizingProblem Solving and Analytical SkillsIntegrityMarket OrientationInitiative and Drive Get to know us Get to know us At Shan Foods, we get it – food isnt just fuel, its connection, culture, and convenience.
