1. Identify all applicable HSE legislation and implement acceptable systems to ensure conformance.2. Develop and ensure implementation of HSE plans, procedures, trainings and controls.3. Identify and support implementation of Behavioral Based Safety with a concept of positive safety attitude.4. Provide HSE awareness and implement new innovative techniques to ensure safe working environment.5. Ensure company objectives are completed by providing continuous improvement and guidance.6. Participate in budget preparation and tracking, establishing and monitoring progress toward department goals.7. Identify required support from outside consultants, develops scopes of work and manage issuance of contract.8. Identify, develop and implement HSE goals which will positively impact and add value to the organizational development.9. Assist in accident investigations and root cause analysis.10. Coordinate for the documentation implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:201811. Promote accident prevention of employees and contractors.12. Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to facilitate management and employees.13. Participate in weekly 6S safety inspection.14. Conduct HSE audits as per audit plan.15. Provide HSE trainings as per required need.16. Take part in security SOPs implementations, trainings and controls.17.
